Q: What are your Sizes like?
A: The sizes are Korean (Asian) sizes and are smaller compared to western sizes, therefore we recommend that you get one or two sizes bigger!
If you normally wear M, you would get L for a SLIM FIT and XL for a Regular Fit look. If you need help with sizing please contact us at email@example.com
Alternatively, you can use the measurements within the sizing charts that are displayed on each product to determine a size that will fit you. Each product will have their own measurements due to the nature of their unique design.
Q: Are your measurements accurate?
A: The measurements are estimates, so please do not depend entirely on the measurements. Please allow up to a 1-3cm variation as they are hand measured
Q: What is your Returns and Refunds Policy?
A: All Returns and Refunds are covered If the item or garment are defective or any errors that is caused directly by us.
Returns or Refunds due to wrong sizes and colours are the responsibility of the buyer. To return or request a refund please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number.

A: We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING with no minimum purchase!
Q: What are your Shipping times?
A: Shipping time ranges from 12 working days to 40 days depending on where you live! Please see SHIPPING INFORMATION for estimates.
Q: How do I return something?
A: Contact email@example.com and we'll get you a returns number. Due to the nature of clothing and hygiene reasons, you may only return unworn, unopened products in their original condition.
Q: What if there's a piece of clothing worn by an KPOP Star that I'm interested in but it's not available with you?

Q: What are your payment methods?
A: We support PayPal and Credit Cards/Debit cards.
Q: How often do you update your Store products?
A: We update in two or three days so be sure to always check back for new items!
Q: Where are your items from?
A: A majority of our products are custom made in house from Seoul, South Korea while our materials are sourced and procured from all over the world. Our customer service centre is based in Toronto, Ontario.
Q: How do I cancel or change the order after ordering?
A: We rely on a automated ordering system in order for us to effectively ship your products as quick as possible; this means once your order is placed we begin immediate product. However, you do have up to 3 hours after placing the order to request a cancellation or refund. We will do our best to accommodate.
Q: If I haven't received the item after the 45 days period, what should I do?
