Return Policy, Customs and Lost Products
All Ulzzang, offers a flexible return and refund policy. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges without prior return authorization. Therefore, you must contact email@example.com to get a returns number. Please follow all of the instructions provided when your return is approved.
Custom fees encountered during international import are not our responsibility. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees and any return fees if our shipment is denied or delivered due to incorrect address. Please ensure you added your suite or apart number where applicable. However, we do our best to mark the item as custom which may or may not mitigate your import taxes.
We will re-ship orders that have been returned to us if they are undeliverable to the correct address. Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your shipment does not arrive or is faulty upon arrival, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to help you.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us to start the return process within 60 days of receiving the package and we will process a refund or exchange! You will be responsible for any postal fees & all items for returns and exchanges must be in new condition and are inspected upon arrival.

All Ulzzang, produces and procure of items and garments locally using our in-house tailors in Seoul, Korea, as well as partner with global merchants and artisans all over the world in order to provide you the best prices and the most stylish and daring Kpop styles. Please bear in mind that items are often shipped in separate parcels and may arrive on different dates due to their custom nature and production times.

All Ulzzang offers FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. All orders are shipped with tracking which will be provided with your shipping notification email once the order is processed. However, please note that the tracking number may not update right away (Activities may take up to 3-4 days) and tracking in certain countries may only update upon arrival within the country when it is passed to the local courier. All Orders are usually produced and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery may take up to 12 - 20 working days for most orders within the U.S, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand. Asia and Other countries may vary between 10-25 working days.
Shipping times also depend on what you purchased/where you live! Due to extremely high demand, the distance between countries, customs and shipping, some items can take up to 45 days to arrive. If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month where the special day is occuring. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
